人民银行批准招商局金融控股有限公司设立许可

人民网北京9月2日电 （记者王仁宏）据中国人民银行消息，根据《国务院关于实施金融控股公司准入管理的决定》《金融控股公司监督管理试行办法》等规定，人民银行审查并批准了深圳市招融投资控股有限公司的金融控股公司设立许可，并同意其更名为招商局金融控股有限公司。

下一步，人民银行将继续依法依规、稳妥有序开展金融控股公司准入管理及持续监管。
